Chris is a member of EMA Partners Executive Committee. He served as the Global Vice President, Finance, from 2009-2013, as the Global Chairman from 2013-2017, and is currently VP, Finance and Legal.
Chris focuses on the manufacturing, packaging, FMCG and mining sectors and leads search assignments for CEOs, as well as senior management in finance, operations, human resources, sales & marketing, and general management.
Chris has conducted numerous executive search assignments both in the UK and in South Africa, acquiring extensive experience in cross-border searches for multinational clients.
His early career included senior marketing positions at the Coca-Cola Company and other entrepreneurial and corporate experience in the commercial refrigeration industry. Later, he worked with Deloitte in its executive search division.
